Electroplating is a means of coating one metal with another by passing an electrical current through the piece to be plated. The Balco Microplate is a completely integrated module unit incorporating 3x 1 litre baths ideal for electroplating gold, rhodium, silver, nickel and copper. It can also be used for cleaning and anti tarnish salts, and has automatically controlled and adjustable heating from 20º - 80º. The unit comes complete with plastic lids, anodes (stainless steel and platinised titanium) and full operating instructions.
