COVID-19 Update29th June 2020
From Wednesday 1st July, our London showroom will re-open to customers. The showroom and some of our services will have some restrictions which are outlined below and may be subject to changes.
Opening Hours and Ordering
The London showroom will be open from 9.30am until 4pm and closed for lunch between 12.30pm and 1pm. We will be limiting customers in the showroom to a maximum of 3 at any one time and service at the counter will operate from designated areas. We are going to be using a traffic light system to ensure that our staff and customers remain safe. The light is situated by the entrance between the two doors.
We ask that when the red light is on, you do not enter the showroom. Only enter when the light is green.
The phone lines will be open for orders between the same hours, however, postal orders placed both over the phone and online after 1pm cannot be guaranteed to be sent same-day. Collection orders will be subject to the same restrictions on customers entering the showroom.
The Birmingham showroom is open from 9am until 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am until 4pm Friday, along with the phone ordering service. We will be ensuring customers adhere to guidelines in respect to social distancing.
Our bespoke Wedding Ring Department will be open on Mondays and Tuesdays from the 7th July. Any orders placed for these will be processed the following week if not placed on Mondays or Tuesdays.
The Diamond and Gemstone Room will be open Wednesday and Thursday each week from the 1st July. You can order on these days for a postal service or come in to the showroom to browse and choose.
Tools and all other goods and services are fully available from the 1st July, Monday to Friday. At present, Hallmarking is taking around 5 working days.
