COVID-19 Update23rd November 2020
From Monday 23rd November, our London showroom will unfortunately be closed to walk in customers and our Birmingham showroom will be completely closed. There will still be a postal and click and collect service from our London showroom. Both showrooms will re-open on 2nd December, government guidlines permitting. Both services will have restrictions which are outlined below.
We will be providing a Postal Service as close to our normal service as the situation allows. We anticipate disruption and as such, we would advise customers to place orders as early as possible in the day to maximise the chances of the order being dispatched.
Opening Hours and Collection Orders
While both showrooms will be closed for walk in trade, customers can place orders online or by phone for collection from London. The showroom will be open for collections from 9.30am until 4.00pm and will be closed for lunch between 12.30pm and 1.00pm. We will contact you to inform you when your order is ready for collection and you are free to come to the showroom at any point to collect once the order is ready. Please do NOT come to the showroom unless you have been informed that your order is ready to collect. If your order is not ready to collect, you will not be allowed into the showroom and we cannot complete your order while you wait.
Our bespoke Wedding Ring Department will be taking orders with a 1-2 week delivery time.
The Diamond and Gemstone stock will be available, as will tools and all other goods and services. At present, Hallmarking is taking 7-10 working days.
